摘 要:孤岛工作面受相邻两侧采动应力叠加影响,其矿压显现较一般工作面更为强烈。采用现场实测与数值模拟相结合的研究方法对霄云煤矿1310孤岛工作面初采期间矿压特征和液压支架的适应性进行分析。研究表明,通过现场实测得出1310孤岛工作面初采期间老顶初次来压步距为40~50 m,平均周期来压步距约为13 m,来压动载系数为1.4~1.9;通过数值模拟分析了1310孤岛工作面应力变化与塑性区分布特征,采动剧烈影响区为距煤壁10~15 m内,超前压力影响范围约40 m;通过公式计算及现场实测对工作面液压支架阻力进行分析,验证现有ZY8000/20/42D支架能够满足1310孤岛工作面支护要求,可有效保障工作面的安全。The isolated working face is affected by the superposition of mining stress from both adjacent sides, so its mine pressure behavior is more intense than that of the general working face. Based on the combination of field measurement and numerical simulation, the characteristics of mining pressure and the adaptability of hydraulic support during the initial mining of 1310 isolated working face in Xiaoyun Coal Mine were analyzed. The research showed that the initial pressure step of the main roof during the initial mining of the 1310 isolated working face was 40~50 m, the average periodic pressure step was about 13 m, and the dynamic load coefficient was 1.4~1.9. Through numerical simulation, the stress change and plastic zone distribution characteristics of 1310 isolated working face were analyzed. The severe influence zone of mining was within 10~15 m from the coal wall, and the influence range of advanced pressure was about 40 m. Through formula calculation and field measurement, the resistance of hydraulic support in working face was analyzed. It is verified that the existing ZY8000/20/42D support can meet the support requirements of 1310 isolated working face, and could effectively ensure the safety of working face.
