摘  要:为了探讨极近距离煤层在工作面回采过程中的围岩应力及煤体渗透率演化规律,以叙永一矿15采区煤样为研究对象,进行煤体渗透率测定试验,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对煤体有效应力的分布规律展开研究,分析了渗透率与围岩应力的关系,总结了工作面煤体渗透率演化规律,且对高位钻场瓦斯抽采钻孔布置参数进行了优化。结果表明:煤体渗透率与围岩应力状态有关,围岩应力水平越高,煤体渗透率越低;煤体的渗透率随着有效应力的减小而逐渐增大,两者呈幂函数关系;对高位钻场瓦斯钻孔布置参数优化后,当工作面推进到距离钻孔40 m时,有效钻孔率为100%,单孔平均瓦斯浓度达到80%,瓦斯流量平均达到0.58 m3/min。研究结果可为现场瓦斯抽采工作提供参考依据。In order to explore the evolution law of surrounding rock stress and coal permeability in the mining process of the very close coal seams in the working face, the coal permeability measurement test was carried out with the coal sample of the mining area 15 of the Xuyong No.1 Coal Mine as the research object, and the distribution law of effective stress of coal was studied by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software. The relationship between permeability and surrounding rock stress was analyzed, the evolution law of permeability of coal in the working face was summarized, and the arrangement parameters of gas extraction drilling in the high level drilling site were optimized. The research results are concluded as follows. Firstly, the permeability of coal is related to the stress state of surrounding rock. The higher the stress level of surrounding rock, the lower the permeability of coal. Secondly, the permeability of coal increases gradually with the decrease of effective stress, and the relationship between them is power function. Thirdly, after optimizing the gas drilling in the high level drilling site layout parameters, when the working face is advanced to a distance of 40 m from the drilling, the effective drilling rate is 100%, the average gas concentration of a single drilling reaches 80%, and the average gas flow reaches 0.58 m~3/min. The research results can provide reference basis for on-site gas drainage work.
