摘  要:设计了一种双十字轴对称式力传感器,该力传感器由2套垂直交叉分布的励磁磁芯和2套垂直分布的感应磁芯组成,整体呈现十字轴式结构,可同时检测2个方向上的受力,对称分布的励磁磁芯也可同时检测2个位置上的受力,更加符合实际工况。分析了力传感器工作原理,推导了受力时磁通量及磁导率变化情况。通过试验分析了该力传感器与传统的力传感器的动态性能,试验结果显示,双十字轴对称式力传感具有更好的动态性能,更加适用于现代农业机械装备。A double cross axis symmetrical force sensor was designed.The sensor is composed of two sets of excitation cores and induction cores with vertical cross distribution.It presents a cross axis structure as a whole and can detect the forces in both directions at the same time.The symmetrically distributed excitation core can detect the force at two positions at the same time,which is more in line with the actual working conditions.The working principle of the force sensor was analyzed,and the changes of magnetic flux and permeability under force were deduced.The dynamic performance of the force sensor and the traditional force sensor was analyzed through experiments.The experimental results show that the double cross axisymmetric force sensor has better dynamic performance and is more suitable for modern agricultural machinery and equipment.
