摘　　要：有效防控动物疫病是实现畜牧业高质量发展的重要保障,也是扎实推进乡村产业振兴、保障多元化食物供给、拓宽农民致富渠道、提高农牧民生活品质的必然要求。本文梳理归纳了新中国成立以来我国动物疫病防控工作取得的四方面成效:成功消灭三大瘟疫,有效控制重大动物疫病,稳定控制部分人兽共患病,成功防范系列重大外来病;从动物疫病传染源、传播途径和易感动物等方面,分析了当前防控工作面临的风险与挑战;提出了坚持免疫与扑杀相结合、提高生物安全水平、严格调运监管、提升科技支撑力、精准实施宣传干预和强化兽医队伍等六方面工作建议,供行业参考。The high-quality development of livestock industry is mainly guaranteed by effective prevention and control of animal diseases that was also required by promoting the revitalization of rural industries,safeguarding diversified food supply,widening the channels for farmers to get rich,and improving the life quality of farmers and herdsmen.In the paper,the following achievements obtained by the efforts in animal disease prevention and control in China since new China was founded were summarized:successful elimination of three major plagues,effective control of major animal diseases,stable control of some zoonoses,and successful prevention of a series of exotic diseases.The risks and challenges encountered by current efforts were analyzed from the aspects of infectious sources,transmission routes and susceptible animals of animal diseases,then the following recommendations were proposed as references for the industry,that was,continuing to combine immunization with culling,improving the level of biosafety,further controlling transportation,upgrading scientific and technical support,accurately implementing awareness improvement and intervention,and strengthening the construction of veterinary team.
