摘 要:为了解甘肃省天水市规模猪场伪狂犬病的流行和分布情况,采用ELISA方法,对5个生猪养殖量较大县区的18个规模猪场,采集1923份血清进行伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)感染抗体检测。结果显示:5个县区均存在PRV感染,18个规模猪场中检出阳性场10个,场点阳性率为55.56%。1923份样品中检出阳性样品78份,个体阳性率为4.06%。秦安县个体阳性率较高(10.94%),麦积区(2.19%)和秦州区(1.29%)较低,种猪场个体阳性率(1.05%)低于商品猪场(28.99%);存栏100~<500头小型猪场的个体阳性率为10.24%,高于存栏≥500头的大型猪场(3.62%)和中型猪场(3.09%)。不同县区、不同类型和不同规模猪场的个体阳性率均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。根据结果推测,天水市规模猪场可能普遍存在PRV感染,种猪场和大中型猪场防控效果较好,而商品猪场和小型猪场感染可能较严重。结果提示,天水市应加快种猪场PRV净化进程,通过加强免疫和生物安全管理,做好猪场的综合防控工作,降低商品猪场和小型猪场感染率,保障天水市养猪产业的高质量发展。In order to investigate the prevalence status of porcine pseudorabies in scaled swine farms in Tianshui City,Gansu Province,1923 serum samples collected from 18 farms in 5 counties/districts with a large amount of live pigs were detected for antibodies against pseudorabies virus(PRV)by ELISA.The results showed that PRV was found in all the 5 counties/districts,10 out of 18 farms were positive,with a premise positive rate of 55.56%.78 out of 1923 samples were positive,with an individual positive rate of 4.06%.The individual positive rate was higher in Qin'an County(10.94%),lower in Maiji District(2.19%)and Qinzhou District(1.29%),lower in breeding farms(1.05%)as compared to commercial farms(28.99%),higher in small farms with an inventory of 100-<500 pigs(10.24%)as compared to the large ones with≥500 pigs(3.62%)and the medium ones(3.09%).The rate was significantly different(P<0.05)depending on different counties/district,types and scales.It was speculated that,according to the above results,PRV was likely to widely exist in the farms in Tianshui City,which was better controlled in breeding farms and large or medium farms,but might be serious in commercial farms and small farms.In conclusion,PRV should be rapidly purified in breeding farms,comprehensive prevention and control should be well done in the farms through strengthening immunization and biosafety management to reduce the infection rate in commercial farms and small farms,and thereby to ensure the high-quality development of pig industry in the city.
