摘 要:为评价新疆阿勒泰地区动物棘球蚴病(包虫病)防控效果,2022年采用ELISA方法,对阿勒泰地区阿勒泰市、福海县、富蕴县的羊群棘球蚴感染情况进行调查。结果显示:2022年共检测羊血清样品1331份,检出阳性238份,总阳性率为17.9%,其中阿勒泰市、福海县、富蕴县阳性率分别为15.5%、18.6%、19.6%,不同县市间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P=0.2558,P>0.05);第一季度阳性率(22.6%)较高,但同一县市不同季度间阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);舍饲羊阳性率(9.6%)低于散养羊(23.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5岁以上年龄段阳性率较高(30.6%),1岁以内阳性率最低(6.8%),同一县市不同年龄段阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明:本次调查的3个采样县市各季度均存在羊棘球蚴感染,区域和季度流行特征不明显,而饲养方式和年龄是影响感染强度的重要因素,散养羊和高年龄段羊感染相对较严重。结果提示,需加强对农牧民的棘球蚴病防控宣传,减少棘球蚴病对人类的威胁。本调查为进一步做好该地区棘球蚴病综合防控提供了基础数据。In order to evaluate the prevention and control of animal echinococcosis(hydatid disease)in Altay region,Xinjiang,the prevalence of sheep echinococcosis was investigated in Altay City,Fuhai County and Fuyun County in the region by ELISA in 2022.The results showed that,for 1331 sheep serum samples,238 were positive,with a total positive rate of 17.9%,the positive rates were 15.5%,18.6%and 19.6%,respectively in Altay City,Fuhai County and Fuyun County,and no statistical significance was available in such difference(P=0.2558,P>0.05);the rate was higher in the first quarter(22.6%),but its difference in different seasons in the same county/city was without statistical significance(P>0.05);lower in captive sheep(9.6%)compared to the free-range ones(23.5%),with the difference of statistical significance(P<0.05);and higher in the sheep above 5 years old(30.6%),lowest in those below 1 year old(6.8%),the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05)in the sheep at different ages in the same county/city.In conclusion,sheep echinococcosis was prevalent in all quarters in the three counties/cities where samples were collected during the investigation,and the characteristics of reginal and seasonal prevalence were not obvious,the level of infection was mainly affected by feeding methods and ages of animals,relatively,free-range sheep and those at senior age were severely infected.Therefore,it was necessary to improve the awareness of farmers and herdsmen for fighting against the disease,and to reduce potential threat to human.General data was provided by the study for further comprehensive prevention and control of echinococcosis in the region.
