摘　　要：目的研究小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)联合检测在心血管疾病诊疗中的应用价值。方法取2021年1月-2022年4月景德镇第一人民医院收治的100例心血管疾病患者设为试验组,另取同期100例体检健康者设为对照组,比较两组sdLDL-C、LDL-C与sdLDL-C/LDL-C值,以及在不同Gensini评分及颈动脉内膜厚度(IMT)患者中的表达水平,分析其相关性。结果试验组LDL-C、sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C值均高于对照组(P<0.05);不同Gensini评分及IMT参数患者的LDL-C、sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析,受检者sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C值与其Gensini评分、IMT参数呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),且sdLDL-C/LDL-C值与Gensini评分、IMT参数的r值高于sdLDL-C(P<0.05)。结论sdLDL-C联合LDL-C与血管病变的危险程度呈正相关,可有效反映心血管疾病的发生发展。Objective To study the application value of combined detection of small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to Jingdezhen First People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the text group,and another 100 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The sdLDL-C,LDL-C and sdLDL-C/LDL-C values were compared,and their expression levels in patients with different Gensini scores and carotid intima thickness(IMT)were compared,meanwhile the correlation were analyzed.Results The values of LDL-C,sdLDL-C and sdLDL-C/LDL-C in the text group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in LDL-C,sdLDL-C and sdLDL-C/LDL-C among patients with different Gensini scores and IMT parameters(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that sdLDL-C and sdLDL-C/LDL-C were positively correlated with Gensini score and IMT parameters(r>0,P<0.05),and the r value of sdLDL-C/LDL-C with Gensini score and IMT parameters was higher than that of sdLDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion sdLDL-C combined with LDL-C is positively correlated with the risk of vascular disease,which can effectively reflect the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease.
