摘 要:针对两级增压系统的高、低压级涡轮增压器转子轴承系统,采用转子轴承系统分析软件DyRoBeS对径向轴承性能、转子进行设计校核分析,比较了三油楔轴承和六油楔轴承的差异,进行了平台试验,结果表明两级增压器转子轴承系统稳定,满足动态响应和运用要求。For the high and low stage pressure turbochargers rotor bearing system of the two-stage turbochargers,the design check analysis of transverse bearing performance and rotor is conducted with the rotor bearing system analysis software DyRo BeS, and the differences between a three-oil wedge bearing and a sixoil wedge bearing are compared through platform test. The results show that the two-stage turbochargers rotor bearing system is stable and meet the dynamic response and application requirements.
