摘　　要：由于检验检测机构实验室的低值易耗品具有种类繁杂、数量庞大等特点,其管理工作不够规范,存在一些管理难题。文章将全生命周期管理引入低值易耗品管理工作,并以JAVA语言和MVC框架为基础,采用MySQL数据库开发一款低值易耗品管理系统,对低值易耗品的采购申请、审批、入库、出库、报废等各个环节进行电子化管理,在低值易耗品的管理上实现了从无序、繁杂向高效、高质量转变。Because the low-value consumables in the laboratory of the inspection and testing institutions have the characteristics of complex types and large quantities,their management is not standardized enough,and there are some management problems.This paper introduces the whole life cycle management into the management of low-value consumables,and based on the JAVA language and MVC framework,uses MySQL database to develop a low-value consumables management system,which carries out electronic management of the purchase application,approval,warehousing,delivery,scrap and other links of low-value consumables,and realizes transformation from disorder and complexity to efficiency and high quality in the management of low-value consumables.
