摘　　要：天疱疮是一组临床少见、难治、易复发且具有潜在生命威胁的自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病。环磷酰胺作为一种免疫抑制剂,其与糖皮质激素的联合使用可快速控制患者病情,并减轻由激素带来的感染、代谢紊乱等多种不良反应。其环磷酰胺免疫作用的发挥主要通过抑制细胞周期、促进细胞凋亡及对相关细胞细胞因子[Th-17和白细胞介素(interleuki,IL)6]进行调控来实现,文章就环磷酰胺免疫抑制机制及在天疱疮中的应用进行综述。Pemphihus is a group of rare,refractory,recurrent and potentially life-threatening autoimmune bullous skin diseases.Cyclophosphamide as an immunosuppressant,which combined use with glucocorticoid can quickly control the disease,and reduce the infection and metabolic disorders caused by hormones and other adverse reactions.Its immune function is mainly played by inhibiting cell cycle,promoting cell apoptosis and regulating related cell and cytokines[Th-17 and interleukin(IL)-6].The following is a review of immunosuppressive mechanism and application in pemphigus of Pemphihus.
