摘　　要：T细胞免疫球蛋白和免疫受体抑制性基序(immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif,ITIM)结构域(T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain,TIGIT)是脊髓灰质炎病毒受体家族中的一种抑制性受体,高表达于自然杀伤细胞、调节性T细胞和滤泡辅助T细胞,通过与CD226分子竞争性结合CD155及CD112发挥其抑制作用。最新研究显示,TIGIT高表达与移植物抗宿主病(graft-versus-host disease,GVHD)的低发生率密切相关,因此进一步研究TIGIT分子发挥抑制作用的具体机制,对GVHD的免疫治疗具有重大意义。文章介绍了TIGIT分子的结构及抑制功能,并对TIGIT分子在GVHD中作用的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为TIGIT在GVHD中的应用提供一定的理论依据。T cell immunoglobulin and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif(ITIM)domain(TIGIT)are inhibitory receptors in the poliovirus receptor family,which are highly expressed in natural killer cells,regulatory T cells and follicular helper T cells,and exert inhibitory effects by competitive binding with CD226 molecules to CD155 and CD112.Recent studies have shown that the high expression of TIGIT is closely associated with the low incidence of graft-versus-host disease(GVHD).Therefore,it is of great significance to further study the specific mechanism of the inhibitory effect of TIGIT molecule on GVHD immunotherapy.This review introduces the structure and inhibitory function of TIGIT molecule,and reviews the latest research progress of the role of TIGIT molecule in GVHD,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the application of TIGIT in GVHD.
