摘  要:信号素(semaphorin,SEMA)是一大类分泌型和膜结合型糖蛋白分子,N-末端含有一个约500个氨基酸残基构成的Sema结构域,其受体主要是神经毡蛋白(neuropilin,NRPs)和神经丛蛋白(plexin,PLNs),在神经系统的发生发展中起着重要作用。研究发现,部分SEMA可以促进树突细胞(dendritic cell,DC)的成熟及迁移,调节T细胞和B细胞的活化、增殖及分化,参与包括哮喘在内的免疫性炎症性疾病的发病过程,该部分SEMA也被称为免疫信号素。文章对SEMA家族部分成员在哮喘气道炎症及气道重塑中的作用进行综述。Semaphorins(SEMA)are a large class of secreted and membrane-bound glycoprotein moleculesand they play important roles in the development of the nervous system.The N-terminal Sema domain contains about 500 amino acid residues and neuropilin(NRPs)and plexins(PLNs)are their mainreceptors.Studies have found that some numbers of SEMA can promote the maturation and migration of dendritic cells(DC),regulate the activation,proliferation and differentiation of T and B cells,and play a role in the pathogenesis of some immune and inflammatory diseases including asthma.These SEMA sare also known as immune semaphorins.The recent advances in the role of some members of the SEMA family in asthmatic airway inflammation and airway remodeling are reviewed in this review.
