基于真实世界数据治伤风颗粒临床用药特征及合理性评价

摘　　要：目的:基于真实世界数据研究治伤风颗粒的临床使用现状,为治伤风颗粒的合理应用提供参考,尝试对真实世界数据的处理和挖掘方法进行探索。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,抽取江苏地区3家医院2019—2021年使用治伤风颗粒的门急诊处方,经数据标准化,对科室、患者性别、年龄、处方剂量、疾病诊断、联合用药情况等进行统计分析。结果:该研究共纳入18 373张处方,分析发现使用治伤风颗粒的患者中,30~40岁年龄段最多,占24.02%;呼吸科使用最多,占比28.95%;疾病诊断方面,西医诊断急性上呼吸道感染最多,占比38.59%,中医诊断以寒邪外感证居多,占比13.80%。治伤风颗粒临床联合用药情况较多(占比43.29%),且多与抗感染药、解热镇痛药、清热止咳类药等联合使用。结论:该研究为真实世界数据分析研究的探索,初步建立了真实世界数据处理和研究的流程与方法,揭示了治伤风颗粒临床应用特征,可为其临床进一步合理应用提供参考。OBJECTIVE Based on the real world data, the current situation of clinical use of Zhishangfeng Granules is studied to provide a reference for the rational application of Zhishangfeng Granules, and try to explore the processing and mining methods of real world data.METHODS Outpatient and emergency prescriptions containing Zhishangfeng Granule in three different hospitals in Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2021 were selected from the hospital his system by means of retrospective investigation.The data after desensitization were collected and processed tentatively, and the department of use, patient gender, age, prescription dose, disease diagnosis, and combined medication were statistically analyzed.RESULTS A total of 18 373 prescriptions were included in this study, and the analysis revealed that those who used the Zhishangfeng Granules were most often in the age group of 30-40 years old, accounting for 24.02%;the respiratory department used them most often, accounting for 28.95%;in terms of disease diagnosis, the Western medicine diagnosis of acute upper respiratory infection was the most common, accounting for 38.59%,and the Chinese medicine diagnosis of cold external syndrome was the most common, accounting for 13.80%.There were more cases of combined use of another clinical medicine(43.29%),mostly with anti-infective drugs, antipyretic and analgesic drugs, antipyretic and anti-cough drugs, etc.CONCLUSION The data comes from the EMR data system of three hospitals.It preliminarily explores the process and methods of real-world data processing and research, reveals the clinical application characteristics of Zhishangfeng Granule, and provides reference for clinical application.
