摘 要:目的探讨非瓣膜性心房颤动(AF)患者血清唾液酸及超敏C反应蛋白的表达水平及与左房内径的相关性,探讨炎症反应在房颤发生中的意义。方法选择2021年1月至2022年1月孝感市中心医院住院的非瓣膜性AF患者69例,其中阵发性AF组39例,持续性AF组30例;对照组选择同期住院无AF病史的69例。测定患者唾液酸、超敏C反应蛋白浓度及左房内径。结果阵发性、持续性组唾液酸、超敏C反应蛋白水平、左房内径高于对照组,且持续性房颤组高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析房颤发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。研究对象外周血唾液酸及超敏C反应蛋白表达水平与左房内径呈正相关性(r=0.685、0.403,P<0.001)。结论唾液酸及超敏C反应蛋白表达水平是房颤发病的影响因素,与左房内径的大小相关,其可能通过炎症反应参与房颤的发生、发展。【Objective】To investigate the expression levels of serum sialic acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in non-valvular atrial fibrillation(AF)patients and their correlation with left atrial diameter,and to explore the significance of inflammatory reaction in the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.【Methods】Sixty-nine patients with non-valvular AF hospitalized in Xiaogan Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,including 39 patients in paroxysmal AF group and 30 patients in persistent AF group.In the control group,69 cases without AF history were selected.The concentrations of sialic acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and left atrial diameter were measured.【Results】The levels of sialic acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and left atrial diameter in paroxysmal and persistent groups were higher than those in the control group,and the increase in persistent atrial fibrillation group was more significant than that in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05).The risk factors of atrial fibrillation were analyzed by binary logistic regression(P<0.05).The expression levels of sialic acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in peripheral blood were positively correlated with left atrial diameter(r=0.685,0.403,P<0.001).【Conclusion】The expression levels of sialic acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation,and are related to the size of left atrial diameter,which may participate in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation through inflammatory reaction.
