摘  要:目的探讨经阴道三维超声成像在先天性子宫发育异常中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析50例先天性子宫发育异常患者的二维及三维超声成像资料,以宫、腹腔镜联合检查作为诊断先天性子宫发育异常的“金标准”并对结果进行比较。结果三维超声成像准确率为96%(48/50),二维超声检查准确率为82%(41/50),三维超声成像准确率高于二维超声(P<0.05)。三维超声能对不全纵隔子宫、弓形子宫、双角子宫做出有效的鉴别诊断。结论三维超声成像技术可全面显示子宫冠状面信息,能弥补二维超声检查的不足,较好地诊断先天性子宫发育异常,且费用低、可重复性强。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in congenital uterine anomalies.Methods The two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound images of 50 patients with congenital uterine anomalies were retrospectively analyzed.The combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy were used as the“gold standard”to compare the diagnostic results.Results The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound(96%,48/50)was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound(82%,41/50)(P<0.05).Three-dimensional ultrasound could make an effective differential diagnosis of incomplete mediastinal uterus,arcuate uterus and bicornuate uterus.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound can fully display the coronal plane of the uterus and remedy the deficiency of two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies,with the advantages of low cost and high repeatability.
