摘　　要：目的:通过对元代名医杨清叟所撰《仙传外科秘方》所载方剂进行剖析,探究其临证用药组方特色。方法:整理列出全书所载所有方剂,录入计算机,建立Excel数据库,分析其剂型、药性及方剂别名、方药味数。结果:全书共载86方,其中内服方57首,以汤剂、散剂和丸剂等5种剂型为主;其中外用方29首,以散剂、油剂和膏剂等6种剂型为主。共涉及中药206味,其中寒凉药86味,使用331次;温热药76味,使用415次;平性药44味,使用199次。另外组方药味数达4~8味者最多,占33.72%。结论:抄本《仙传外科秘方》属于“全生派”外科方书,擅长使用药对、敷贴温热凉药和杀虫拔毒药物是其组方特色。Objective:By analyzing the prescriptions in the Secret Recipe of Xianchuan Surgery written by Yang Qingsou, a famous doctor in Yuan Dynasty, this paper explores the characteristics of its clinical medication. Methods:Sort out and list all the prescriptions in the whole book, enter them into the computer, establish Excel database, and analyze their dosage forms, drug properties, alias names of prescriptions, and taste numbers of prescriptions. Results:There are 86 prescriptions in the book, including 57 oral prescriptions, which are mainly composed of five dosage forms such as decoction, powder and pill;Among them, there are 29 external prescriptions, mainly including 6 kinds of dosage forms such as powder, oil and ointment. 206 Chinese medicines were involved, including 86 cold medicines, which were used 331 times;76 kinds of warm medicines were used 415 times;The leveler 44 was used 199 times. In addition, 4~8 herbs are the most, accounting for 33.72%. Conclusion:The secret book Secret Recipe of Xianchuan Surgery belongs to the “Quansheng School” surgical prescription, which is good at using medicine pairs, applying warm and cool medicines and killing insects and removing poisons.
