摘　　要：制定标准化的痰证动物模型对痰证的现代化病因病机研究以及临床疗效检验至关重要,与科学研究过程的严谨性、准确性、可靠性紧密相关。高脂饮食喂养复制痰证动物模型具有一定的科学性,但也存在造模病因片面化、造模过程主观性强、证型评价无统一标准等问题。从实验动物的选择、高脂饮食喂养的合理性与局限性等方面进行探讨,以期为标准化建立中医痰证动物模型提供参考。The establishment of standardized animal models of phlegm syndrome is crucial to the modern etiology and pathogenesis research of phlegm syndrome and the clinical efficacy test, which is directly related to the preciseness, accuracy, and reliability of the scientific research process. It is scientific to replicate the animal model of phlegm syndrome with the high-fat diet, but there are also some problems such as one-sided etiology, strong subjectivity in the process of modeling, and no unified standard for the evaluation of syndrome types. The discussion on the selection of experimental animals, and the rationality and limitations of high-fat diet feeding can provide some reference for the standardized establishment of animal models of phlegm syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.
