摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是一种临床常见病,灸法治疗本病疗效显著。通过查阅近10年来中医特色灸法治疗CAG的临床研究相关文献,依据艾炷灸、艾条灸、温针灸、温灸器灸、铺灸等艾灸法和非艾灸法进行分类整理,评述当前应用特色灸法治疗CAG的应用现状,进而探讨不同灸法的临床疗效。分析认为,不同灸法治疗CAG均可增加胃肠动力、促进胃黏膜修复,并能调控炎症因子释放、改善相关蛋白表达,但目前临床主要以不同类型的艾灸法为主治疗,这可为临床以特色灸法为主治疗CAG提供优选方案。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common clinical disease. Moxibustion has a significant effect on this disease. The author reviewed the relevant literature of clinical research on the treatment of CAG by traditional Chinese medicine characteristic moxibustion in the past 10 years, classified and collated the moxibustion methods and non-moxibustion methods based on moxa cone moxibustion, moxa stick moxibustion, warm moxibustion, warm moxibustion, warm moxibustion, spread moxibustion, etc.,and commented on the current application of characteristic moxibustion in the treatment of CAG,and then discussed the clinical efficacy of different moxibustion methods. The analysis shows that different moxibustion methods can increase gastrointestinal motility, promote the repair of gastric mucosa, regulate the release of inflammatory factors, and improve the expression of related proteins in CAG. However, at present, different types of moxibustion methods are mainly used in clinical treatment, which can provide an optimal scheme for clinical treatment of CAG with characteristic moxibustion methods.
