摘  要:以72份红三叶(Trifolium pratense)自然群体为实验材料,在2℃低温胁迫处理后,测定并计算其相对SOD、POD、CAT、可溶性糖(SS)和丙二醛(MDA)等生理生化指标。利用Structure 2.34模型对供试群体进行遗传结构分析,应用GLM模型(一般线性模型)将85对SSR分子标记分别与上述5个相对生理生化指标进行关联分析,发掘与抗寒相关的分子标记,以期为红三叶抗寒基因定位和标记辅助育种提供理论基础。结果表明:低温胁迫后材料间5个相对生理生化指标变异范围较大,多样性较为丰富,遗传结构分析结果为供试材料可分为两个亚群,共检测到与红三叶相对生理生化指标相关联分子标记有11个(P≤0.01)。这些标记在红三叶LG1、LG3、LG4、LG5、LG6和LG7染色体上均有分布。The natural population of 72 parts of red clover was used as experimental material.The physiological and biochemical index such as relative SOD,POD,CAT,soluble sugar(SS)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured and calculated under low 2.0℃temperature stress.The analyzing of genetic structure showed that the resources could be divided into two subgroups by the Structure 2.34 model.The GLM model model were used to associate 85 pairs of SSR molecular markers with the all five relative physiological and biochemical indexes,and to explore the molecular markers associated with cold resistance,we expect to provide the cold resistance gene mapping and marker-assisted breeding with a basis theory.After low temperature stress,the variation range of 5 relative physiological and biochemical indexes was large,and the diversity was rich.The results of genetic structure analysis can be divided into two subgroups,And 11 molecular markers associated with relative physiological and biochemical indexs of red cloverwere detected in total(P≤0.01).These markers are distributed on the chromosomes of LG1,LG3,LG4,LG5,LG6 and LG7.
