药用植物蛇床子提取物对治疗运动性贫血大鼠的作用机制

摘  要:药用植物蛇床[Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss.],为伞形科蛇床属的一年生草本植物,其干燥果实是一种著名的传统中药蛇床子(Fructus Cnidii, FC),被认为对运动性贫血有效果。本研究旨在揭示蛇床子提取物(FCE)对运动性贫血(EA)的治疗效果及其机制。研究结果表明,与EA组比较,L-FCE组、M-FCE组和H-FCE组的Hb水平和SI水平均升高,CⅠ~Ⅳ活性均升高(P<0.05)。与EA组比较,L-FCE组、M-FCE组和H-FCE组的血清SOD、CAT和GSH-PX水平均升高,而MDA降低(P<0.05)。与EA组比较,L-FCE组、M-FCE组和H-FCE组的骨髓TFR蛋白相对表达量降低(P<0.05)。显然,FCE可有效提高运动性贫血大鼠的Hb和SI水平,改善心肌线粒体呼吸链功能和铁代谢,并抑制氧化应激。Medicinal plant Shechuang(Cnidium monnieri)is an annual herb of the genus Cnidium in the Umbelliferae family.Its dried fruit is a famous traditional Chinese medicine,Fructus Cnidii(FC),which is considered to be effective for sports anemia.The purpose of this study is to reveal the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Fructus Cnidii extract(FCE)on exercise anemia(EA).The results showed that compared with EA group,the Hb level and SI level of L-FCE group,M-FCE group and H-FCE group increased,and the activity of CⅠ~Ⅳincreased(P<0.05).Compared with EA group,the levels of serum SOD,CAT and GSH-PX in L-FCE group,M-FCE group and H-FCE group increased,while MDA decreased(P<0.05).Compared with EA group,the relative expression of bone marrow TFR protein in L-FCE group,M-FCE group and H-FCE group decreased(P<0.05).Obviously,FCE can effectively increase the Hb and SI levels in rats with exercise-induced anemia,improve the respiratory chain function and iron metabolism of myocardial mitochondria,and inhibit oxidative stress.
