摘  要:甘蔗是重要的糖料作物和能源作物之一。干旱是限制甘蔗生长和产量的主要环境因素。了解干旱胁迫对甘蔗生长的影响及响应机制对改良甘蔗栽培技术、促进甘蔗育种有重要意义。本研究分析干旱胁迫对甘蔗生长的影响及抗旱响应机制,讨论了干旱胁迫下的根际微生物对甘蔗生长的影响,并展望了改善甘蔗抗旱性的潜在途径和方法。Sugarcane is one of the most important sugar and energy crops,and drought is the main environmental factor that limits the growth and productivity of sugarcane.Understanding the effects of drought stress on sugarcane growth and its response mechanism will be helpful to improve sugarcane cultivation techniques and promote sugarcane breeding.In this paper,the effects of drought stress on sugarcane growth and its response mechanism were reviewed.The effects of rhizosphere microorganisms on sugarcane growth under drought stress were also discussed,and the potential ways and methods to improve sugarcane drought resistance were prospected.
