摘　　要：党的二十大顺利召开以来,党中央、国务院针对当前疫情防控局面,发布了关于进一步优化新冠疫情防控措施的二十条措施,以应对当前严峻复杂的新形势。进口冷链货物一直以来作为“物防”的重中之重,在统筹疫情防控与经济发展等方面带来了严峻的考验,本文旨在探索新形势下关于进一步优化和完善进口冷链货物通关贸易的举措,从而促进我国冷链产业长期向好发展。Since the opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to cope with the serious and complex new situation,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have issued 20measures aiming at further optimization of the prevention and control of COVID-19 based on the current situation.Import cold-chain commodity,which is the most important part of epidemic prevention of goods,brings serious challenge at the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in tandem with economic development.This paper is writing for exploring measures aimed at further optimization and improvement of customs clearance of Import cold-chain commodity trade,so as to promote the long-term development of our country's cold-chain industry.
