浅谈计量技术机构打造“一站式”计量服务模式的必要性和实施途径

摘　　要：自国家取消强检计量器具收费后,基层计量技术机构如何适应完善现代市场体系和转变职能变得尤为关键。为进一步发挥计量在助企纾困解难、保障民生福祉中的技术支撑作用,本文聚焦企业和群众的计量难点和痛点问题,对打造“一站式”计量服务模式的必要性进行研究分析,提出了深挖客户需求、精准服务企业、持续延伸服务的工作措施。Since the state abolished the fees for compulsory inspection of measuring instruments,it has become particularly critical for the grass-roots measurement technology institutions to adapt to and improve the modern market system and change their functions. In order to further give play to the technical support role of measurement in helping enterprises to relieve difficulties and ensure the wellbeing of the people,this paper focuses on the measurement difficulties and pain points of enterprises and the masses,studies and analyzes the necessity of creating a "one-stop" measurement service mode,and puts forward the working measures of deeply digging customer needs,accurately serving enterprises and continuously extending services.
