摘 要:依据YY 0174—2019和JJF 1059—2012标准,分析手术刀片锋利度测试过程中在切割位置、测量重复性、切割温度及检测设备稳定性等因素对手术刀片锋利度的影响,并对手术刀片锋利度进行不确定度评价。通过分析手术刀片锋利度测试中的测量不确定因素,得出在95%置信区间条件下,手术刀片锋利度为0.2596 N,扩展不确定度为0.058 N(k=2),评定满足要求。According to YY 0174—2019 and JJF 1059—2012 standards, the influence of various factors such as cutting position,measurement repeatability, cutting temperature and stability of detection equipment on the sharpness of surgical blade during the sharpness test of surgical blade is analyzed, and the uncertainty of sharpness of surgical blade is evaluated. By analyzing the measurement uncertainty factors in the sharpness test of surgical blade, it is concluded that under the condition of 95% confidence interval, the sharpness of surgical blade is 0.2596 N and the expanded uncertainty is 0.058 N(k=2),which meets the requirements.
