摘  要:探讨饲用屎肠球菌生物安全性评价方法,初步掌握市售屎肠球菌生物安全现状。采用生化鉴定技术、PCR技术、药敏检测分析等方法,对市售10个生产企业的屎肠球菌开展质粒筛查、溶血分析、耐药性检测和毒力分析。结果显示10株屎肠球菌均不含有质粒,也不存在溶血反应。对监测的27种药物中苯唑西林、克林霉素、泰妙菌素、磺胺异恶唑的耐药率较高,分别为70%、60%、80%和60%,其余药物均敏感。耐药基因检测结果与药敏结果基本一致。毒力基因结果显示屎肠球菌均携带毒力基因gelE、asal、esp,均不携带毒力基因ace,优势组合为gelE+asal+esp+ccf。屎肠球菌的耐药机制和毒力基因存在情况较为复杂,潜在细胞黏附和细胞毒性侵袭风险,急需建立饲用屎肠球菌的生物安全性的监测手段和评价标准。To explore the biosafety evaluation method of feeding Enterococcus faecium,and preliminarily grasp the biosafety status of Enterococcus faecium in the market. Plasmid screening,hemolysis analysis,drug resistance detection and virulence analysis of Enterococcus faecium from 10 commercial enterprises were carried out by means of biochemical identification technology,PCR technology and drug sensitivity detection and analysis. The results showed that none of the 10 strains of Enterococcus faecium contained plasmid and hemolytic reaction. Among the 27 drugs monitored,the drug resistance rates of oxacillin,clindamycin,tylosin and sulfaisoxazole were 70%,60%,80% and 60% respectively. The other drugs were sensitive. The results of drug resistance gene detection were basically consistent with the results of drug sensitivity. The results of virulence gene showed that Enterococcus faecium carried virulence genes gelE,asal and esp,and none carried virulence gene ace. The dominant combination was gelE+asal+esp+ccf.The drug resistance mechanism and virulence genes of Enterococcus faecium are complex, and there is a potential risk of cell adhesion and cytotoxic invasion. It is urgent to establish the monitoring means and evaluation criteria for the biosafety of feeding Enterococcus faecium.
