摘　　要：2型糖尿病随着病程进展,会引起多系统、多器官出现并发症。勃起功能障碍是2型糖尿病众多并发症之一,2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍的具体机制尚不明确。本文综述2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍的病理机制,特别是病理神经机制的最新研究进展,进一步深入探究2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍的发生过程,为后续研究及临床诊治提供理论依据。With the progression of diabetes mellitus type 2,complications of multiple systems and organs may occur.Erectile dysfunction is one of many complications of diabetes mellitus type 2.The specific mechanism of diabetes mellitus type 2 with erectile dysfunction remains unclear.This paper reviews the pathological mechanism of diabetes mellitus type 2 with erectile dysfunction,especially the latest progress of pathological neural mechanism,to further understand the occurrence process of type 2 diabetes mellitus with erectile dysfunction,and provide theoretical basis.
