太原市5876例男性精液质量及其与年龄、禁欲时间的关系

摘　　要：目的了解太原市男性精液质量状况,探索年龄、禁欲时间与男性精液质量参数正常检出率的关联性。方法整群选取2011年3月至2012年12月山西医科大学第一医院生殖科收取的5876例进行精液常规检测的男性作为研究对象。记录其的精液质量参数,根据年龄、禁欲时间分组,比较各组的精液质量参数。结果5876例研究对象中,精液质量参数存在一项或多项异常者占57.84%(3393/5876),其中前向运动精子率异常检出率最高(37.01%);无精子症占3.36%(197/5876)。随年龄增长,精液量正常率先升高后降低,精子总数正常率呈上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着禁欲时间的延长,精液量正常率、精子密度正常率、精子总数正常率上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太原市男性精液质量尚可,前向运动精子率异常是该地区男性精液质量异常的主要表现。年龄、禁欲时间对男性精液质量参数正常检出率有一定影响。Objective To investigate the semen quality of males in Taiyuan and explore the relationship between age,abstinence time,and the normal detection rate of male semen quality parameters.Methods 5,876 males who underwent routine semen testing from March 2011 to December 2012 in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were selected as subjects.Semen quality parameters were recorded and grouped according to age and abstinence time,and the semen quality parameters of each group were compared.Results Among 5,876 subjects,57.84%(3,393/5,876)had one or more abnormal semen quality parameters,and the abnormal rate of sperm progressive motility was the highest(37.01%).Azoospermia accounted for 3.36%(197/5,876).With the increase of age,the semen volume normally increased first and then decreased,and the normal rate of total sperm showed an increasing trend,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the extension of abstinence time,the normal rate of semen volume,normal rate of sperm density and normal rate of total sperm increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The semen quality of males in Taiyuan is still acceptable,and abnormal sperm progressive motility is the main manifestation of abnormal semen quality in the region.Age and abstinence time have certain effects on the normal detection rate of male semen quality parameters.
