摘  要:针对旋转机械设备轴承运行过程中出现的振动异常,设计一种能实时监测和诊断故障的便携式振动分析系统。该系统由ARM开发板、7.0寸电容触摸屏和Qt软件构成。硬件上以国产处理器A40i为逻辑控制核心配合三向振动传感器A27F100对振动数据进行采集处理。软件上使用C语言编写了采集控制USB传输数据的协议转换层,使用Qt编写了处理振动数据的上层应用程序和显示振动数据的人机交互界面。协议转换层和上层应用程序部署在同一个ARM开发板上,两个进程间通信采用基于网络的Socket通信。实验结果表明:立足于国产处理器的系统能实时采集旋转机械的振动数据,并可以诊断分析旋转机械轴承故障原因;振动分析系统具有成本低、便于携带、操作简单,且可以实现对采集数据的实时分析、保存、传输等功能。A portable vibration analysis system which can monitor and diagnose faults in real time is designed for the vibration abnormity in the running process of bearings in rotating machinery.The system is composed of ARM development board,7.0 inch capacitive touch screen and Qt software.In the aspect of the hardware,the domestic processor A40i is used as the logic control core to match up the three⁃way vibration sensor A27F100 to collect and process the vibration data.In the aspect of the software,C language is used to compile the protocol conversion layer for collecting and controlling USB transmission data,and Qt is used to compile the upper application program for processing vibration data and display the human⁃computer interaction interface of vibration data.The protocol conversion layer and the upper application program are deployed on a same ARM development board,and the communication between the two processes is Socket communication based on the network.The experimental results show that the system based on the domestic processor can collect the vibration data of rotating machinery in real time,and can diagnose and analyze the fault causes of the bearings in rotating machinery.The vibration analysis system has the functions of low cost,easy to carry,simple operation and real⁃time analysis,saving and transmission of collected data.
