摘  要:微网综合能源园区具有多能互补、绿色清洁的特点,同时是提供新能源消纳的重要载体,但是分布式能源发电受环境影响,具有随机性、波动性、间歇性的特点,园区内部储能设备出力与实际需求相差较大,造成弃风、弃光等能源浪费现象。文中首先依据当地所面临实际天气状况、园区设备情况,建立覆盖微网园区需求的多种典型场景;其次在多种场景之下建立低碳和经济的多目标数学模型;最后考虑分时电价、电能需求呈现峰谷性的特点,建立日前和日内滚动多尺度经济调度模型,实现了园区多样化、清洁化、经济化的能源管理。所提多场景多目标多尺度综合能源控制方案将应用于浙江省示范项目嘉兴红船园区,并已采用园区设备历史数据验证控制的有效性以及对经济和低碳的双重提升性。The microgrid integrated energy park has the characteristics of multi⁃energy complementarity,green and clean,and provides an important carrier for new energy consumption.However,distributed energy generation is affected by the environment,and has the characteristics of randomness,volatility and intermittency.The output of energy storage equipment in the park is greatly different from the actual demand,which also causes waste of energy such as wind and light.A variety of typical scenarios covering the demand of the microgrid park is established based on the actual weather conditions and park equipment conditions faced by the local area,then a multi⁃objective mathematical model of low⁃carbon and economy is established under a variety of scenarios,and a multi⁃scale economic dispatching model for day⁃ahead and intra⁃day rolling is established considering the peak⁃valley characteristics of time⁃of⁃use electricity price and power demand to realize diversified,clean and economic energy management in the park.The multi⁃scenario multi⁃objective multi⁃scale integrated energy control scheme proposed in this paper will be applied to the demonstration project Jiaxing Red Boat Park in Zhejiang Province,and the historical data of the park equipment has been used to verify the effectiveness of control and the dual improvement of economy and low carbon.
