摘　　要：目的 对河南省免疫规划信息管理系统数据质量进行评价,为进一步加强提高免疫规划信息化数据和预防接种管理工作质量提供参考。方法 对2017-2021年河南省免疫规划信息管理系统的儿童预防接种档案数量、基本信息、接种信息和接种信息及时情况等数据进行分析。结果 2017-2021年出生儿童预防接种档案数共计5 995 125个,总管理率为106.78%,各年度分别为1 527 473、1 322 643、1 247 779、1 016 789和880 441个。各年度出生儿童预防接种档案重复率分别为0.09%、0.09%、0.03%、0.01%和0.01%;基本信息总完整率分别为82.97%、80.65%、58.89%、60.38%和74.17%;接种信息总完整率分别为0.00%、0.00%、5.13%、38.53%和78.63%;接种信息补录率分别为27.64%、35.87%、25.15%、24.93%、21.26%和26.87%。结论 河南省免疫规划信息系统数据质量逐年提升,进一步提高疫苗接种数据的规范化和精细化管理是提升预防接种数据质量工作的重点。Objective To evaluate the data quality of the information management system of immunization planning in Henan Province, and provide reference for further improving the quality of immunization planning informatization data and vaccination management. Methods The data such as the number of children’s vaccination files, basic information, vaccination information and timely vaccination information from 2017 to 2021 managed by the Henan Provincial Immunization Planning Information Management System were analyzed. Results The number of vaccination files for children born in Henan province from 2017 to2021 were 1 527 473, 1 322 643, 1 247 779, 1 016 789, and 880 441, respectively, with a total of 5 995 125 cases. The overall management rate was 106.78%. From 2017 to 2021, the duplication rates of vaccination files for children born in 2017 were0.09%, 0.09%, 0.03%, 0.01% and 0.01%, respectively;the overall completeness rates of basic information were 82.97%,80.65%, 58.89%, 60.38% and 74.17%, respectively;the overall completeness rates of vaccination information were 0.00%,0.00%, 5.13%, 38.53% and 78.63%, respectively;the supplementary recording rates of vaccination information were 27.64%,35.87%, 25.15%, 24.93%, 21.26% and 26.87%, respectively. Conclusion The data quality of the immunization planning information system in Henan province from 2017 to 2021 has been improved year by year, but further standardization and refinement of vaccination data are the focus for improving the quality of vaccination data.
