摘　　要：目的 将移动互联网技术应用到医疗领域,利用信息化手段提升医院便民惠民服务水平。方法 以互联网医院为抓手,以便民惠民服务建设“可用、实用、易用、乐用、好用”为目标,聚合医院诊疗资源、打通院内院外系统、实现线上线下一体化诊疗服务体系。结果 从群众切实需求出发,实现信息赋能就医资源拓展、就医流程优化、就医模式创新、就医质量提升、就医安全保障等,实现全方位便民惠民。结论 互联网在医疗领域的应用,不仅为传统就医堵点的破解提供有效途径,并且为智慧医院便民惠民服务建设和医院高质量发展开辟了新的局面。Objective To apply the mobile Internet technology to the medical field,and to improve the service level of hospitals for the convenience of the people by means of information technology.Methods Taking the Internet hospital as the effective means,aiming at being“available,practical,easy,pleasing and good”for the convenience and benefit of the people,the hospital's diagnosis and treatment resources were aggregated,the in-hospital and out-of-hospital systems were opened,and the online and offline integrated diagnosis and treatment service system was realized.Results According to the actual needs of the masses,information empowerment,expansion of medical resources,optimization of medical treatment process,innovation of medical treatment mode,improvement of medical treatment quality,medical treatment safety guarantee and so on were realized,and all-round convenience and benefit for the people were realized.Conclusion The application of the Internet in the medical field not only provides an effective way to solve the traditional medical congestion,but also opens up a new situation for the convenience service construction of smart hospitals and the high-quality development of hospitals.
