基于点线面分析模式的医院病种费用管理路径研究

摘　　要：目的探索医院病种费用管理路径,提高医院经济的内涵质量,提升医院运营管理水平。方法按照点线面逐级分解、正逆向相互促进的管理思路,运用波士顿矩阵对医院科室和疾病收支结余情况进行分析,确定影响医疗业务收支的科室和病种。结果建立了基于点线面分析模式的科室与病种费用管理方法,明确了病种成本管理思路和实施路径。结论基于点线面分析模式的病种成本管理路径为医院管理者提供了从上至下和从下至上的双线管理思路,通过推动医院诊疗病种的结构转变,提高了医院经济的内涵质量,也促进了医疗质量的规范提升。Objective To explore the path of hospital disease cost management so as to improve the connotation quality of hospital economy,and improve the level of hospital operation and management.Methods According to the management idea of stepby-step decomposition of points,lines and planes,positive and reverse mutual promotion,the Boston matrix was used to analyze the balance of hospital departments and disease revenue and expenditure,and the departments and diseases affecting the income and expenditure of medical business were determined.Results A department and diseases group cost management method based on point,line and plane analysis mode was established,and the idea and implementation path of disease cost management were clarified.Conclusion The diseases group cost management path based on the point-line-plane analysis mode provides hospital managers with a two-line management idea from top to bottom and bottom to top,which improves the connotation quality of hospital economy and promotes the standardization of medical quality by promoting the structural transformation of hospital diagnosis and treatment diseases.
