摘 要:目的 探讨13S管理体系在特需病房管理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年和2019年特需病房收治的80位住院患者,按年份将其分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规病房管理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上增加13S管理体系。考察医生和两组患者对特需病房管理工作的服务质量评价和患者的满意度。结果 试验组医生和患者对特需病房管理工作的服务质量评价和患者的满意度均明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论 在医院特需病房管理工作中引入13S管理体系,能够节约成本,提高工作效率,提升患者体验到的特需病房服务质量和满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of 13S management system in the management of special needs wards.Methods 80 inpatients in special needs wards in our hospital in 2018 and 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to their years.The control group adopted conventional ward management mode,and the experimental group added 13S management system on the basis of the control group.The service quality evaluation and patient satisfaction of doctors and two groups of patients on the management of special needs wards were investigated.Results The service quality evaluation and patient satisfaction of doctors in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of 13S management system in the management of hospital special wards can save costs,improve work efficiency,and enhance the service quality and satisfaction of patients in special wards.
