信息化追溯系统在儿童输液室安全用药管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析信息化追溯管理系统在儿童输液室用药安全管理中的应用。方法选择2020年6月—2022年5月我院静脉输液患儿248例作为研究对象,其中2020年6月—2021年5月实施常规管理(对照组124例),2021年6月—2022年5月应用信息化追溯管理系统(观察组124例)。比较用药管理质量、工作效率及不良反应。结果应用信息化追溯管理系统后,儿童输液室用药管理质量评分高于应用前(p<0.05);护士给药、输液穿刺及输液等待时间短于应用前(p<0.05);护士专业素养、操作技能及感染防控等评分均高于应用前(p<0.05);静脉输液不良事件发生率1.62%(2/124)低于应用前9.68%(12/124)(p<0.05)。结论信息化追溯管理系统的应用可提升儿童输液室安全用药质量,降低不良事件风险。Objective To analyze the application of information tracing management system in safe medication management of children's infusion room.Methods From June 2020 to May 2022,248 children with intravenous infusion in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Among them,routine management was carried out from June 2020 to May 2021(124 cases in the control group),and from June 2021 to May 2022,information tracing management system was applied(124 cases in the observation group).The quality of medication management,work efficiency and adverse reactions were compared.Results After applying the information tracing management system,the quality score of medication in children's infusion room was higher than that before application(p<0.05).The waiting time of nurses for medication,infusion puncture and infusion was shorter than that before application(p<0.05).The scores of nurses'professional quality,operation skills and infection prevention and control were higher than those before application(p<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of intravenous infusion was 1.62%(2/124),which was lower than 9.68%(12/124)before application(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of information tracing management system can improve the quality of safe medication in children's infusion room and reduce the risk of adverse events.
