集采药品数字化管控平台建设与相关问题探讨

摘　　要：为更好地保障集采药品政策落地,我院以病人为中心,构建集采药品数字化管控平台,通过多部门联动协同,实现集采药品管理的事前分析、事中控制、事后分析功能。本文探讨平台总体建设思路以及功能模块设计。集采药品管控平台有效保障了集采药品政策落地与药品供给,通过集采药品的信息化管理,有效降低了药品管理成本、药品费用和医院药占比。In order to better ensure the implementation of the policy of centralized purchasing drugs,our hospital has built a digital control platform for centralized purchasing drugs,focusing on patients.Through multi-department linkage,the functions of pre-analysis,in-process control and post-analysis of centralized purchasing drugs management have been realized.This paper discusses the overall construction idea and functional module design of the platform.The centralized drug collection and control platform effectively guaranteed the implementation of centralized purchasing drugs policy and drug supply.Through the information management of centralized purchasing drugs,the drug management cost,drug expenses and the proportion of hospital drugs were effectively reduced.
