摘　　要：目的构建软式内镜物流跟踪系统并评价应用效果。方法对软式内镜物流跟踪系统运行前后软式内镜周转比例、软式内镜重复清洗率、软式内镜维修发生率进行对比分析。结果系统投入后实现软式内镜维修、监测、物流配送、存储等各环节的全过程质量追溯管理,软式内镜周转比例由96.5%提高到97.3%(p=0.0014),软式内镜重复清洗率明显下降,由9.3%下降到4.7%(p<0.0001),软式内镜大修发生率明显下降,由5.9%下降到1.9%(p=0.0017),差异具有统计学意义。结论软式内镜物流跟踪系统简化工作流程,节约管理成本,提高工作效率,确保工作质量。Objective To construct the logistics tracking system of soft endoscope and evaluate its application effect.Methods The turnover ratio,repeated cleaning rate and maintenance rate of soft endoscope before and after the operation of the soft endoscope logistics tracking system were compared and analyzed.Results After the system was put into operation,the whole process quality traceability management of soft endoscope maintenance,monitoring,logistics,distribution and storage was realized.The turnover ratio of soft endoscope increased from 96.5%to 97.3%(p=0.0014),the repeated cleaning rate of soft endoscope decreased significantly from 9.3%to 4.7%(p<0.0001),and the major repair rate of soft endoscope decreased significantly from 5.9%to 1.9%(p=0.0017),differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The soft endoscope logistics tracking system can simplify the workflow,save the management cost,improve the work efficiency and ensure the work quality.
