摘　　要：呼吸机是生命支持类医疗设备,为更好地保证设备使用安全,需改变传统被动、单一的设备维修模式,围绕临床使用中遇到的问题及风险因素,从管理创新、多部门联合、优化配件库存及应急预案等多方面入手,制定呼吸机维护策略,在满足临床使用需求和医疗安全的基础上,保障呼吸机安全运行。Ventilator is a kind of life-supporting medical equipment.In order to better ensure the safety of the equipment,it is necessary to change the traditional passive and single equipment maintenance mode.Focusing on the problems and risk factors encountered in clinical use,the maintenance strategy of ventilator should be formulated from the aspects of management innovation,multi-department combination,optimization of spare parts inventory and emergency plan,etc.,so as to ensure the safe operation of ventilator on the basis of meeting the clinical needs and medical safety.
