摘 要:目的 应用AHP-模糊评价法对医院内不同区域的空气消毒净化器进行评价和分析。方法 通过层次分析法(AHP)构建空气消毒净化器相关零部件的评价指标体系,确定评价指标权重及评语集。利用模糊评价法对每台空气消毒净化器进行评价并将评价结果量化。对前置滤网、静电吸附装置、活性炭过滤器表面滤网三者的评分做斯皮尔曼相关性分析。结果 急诊区域空气消毒净化器得分均低于门诊及住院区域。住院区域消毒供应中心得分低于其他区域。斯皮尔曼相关性分析结果显示该类设备的前置滤网、静电吸附装置、活性炭过滤器表面滤网三者存在显著正相关关系。结论 应用AHP-模糊评价法对单台空气消毒净化器进行评价,可使工程技术人员更直观地掌握每台设备的性能状态。Objective To evaluate and analyze the air disinfectors in different areas of the hospital by AHP-fuzzy evaluation method.Methods The evaluation index system of related parts of air disinfection purifier was established by AHP,and the evaluation index weight and comment set were determined.Fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate each air disinfection purifier,and the evaluation results were quantified.Spearman correlation analysis was made on the scores of front filter screen,electrostatic adsorption device and surface filter screen of activated carbon filter.Results The scores of air disinfectors in emergency areas were lower than those in outpatient and inpatient areas.The scores of regional disinfection supply centers were lower than those of other regions.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the front filter screen,electrostatic adsorption device and surface filter screen of activated carbon filter.Conclusion Using AHP-fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate a single air disinfection purifier can make engineers and technicians more intuitively grasp the performance status of each equipment.
