摘 要:淋巴瘤(lymphoma)是淋巴造血系统常见且高度异质性的恶性肿瘤,科学、规范的随访管理对提高淋巴瘤患者的生存时间和生活质量具有重要作用。传统随访方式缺乏个性化设计,针对性不强,且内容没有进行标准化,耗费较多人力。本文介绍我院基于症状管理构建的淋巴瘤化疗患者的智能随访方案,借助智能化平台,开发症状自评和症状预警模块,制定标准化随访流程,向患者精准推送随访信息,促进淋巴瘤化疗患者的预后和康复,提高患者自我管理能力,调动治疗积极性,促进医疗服务的延续性。Lymphoma is a common and highly heterogeneous malignant tumor of lymphatic hematopoietic system.Scientific and standardized follow-up visit management plays an important role in improving the survival time and life quality of lymphoma patients.The traditional follow-up visit is not personalized design or well targeted,and the content is not standardized,which would cost more manpower.This paper introduces the intelligent follow-up visit scheme of lymphoma chemotherapy patients in our hospital based on symptom management.With the help of the intelligent platform,the symptom self-assessment and symptom early warning modules were developed,the standardized follow-up visit process was formulated,and follow-up visit information was accurately pushed to patients.These measures promote the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients with lymphoma chemotherapy,improve patients'self-management ability,mobilize their treatment enthusiasm,and promote the continuity of medical services.
