摘　　要：为实现FPSO专业公司海上高风险作业标准化管理,以海洋石油111 FPSO海上拖航为例,参照国内外行业规范和推荐性做法,重点介绍FPSO拖航技术方案、相关管理程序和潜在风险点预防措施,从而最大限度降低或消除FPSO海上拖航工作的风险,并为今后实际工作提供指导与借鉴。In order to realize the standardized management of offshore high-risk operations of FPSO professional technology companies,taking HYSY 111 FPSO offshore towing as an example,referring to domestic and foreign industry norms and recommended practices,the technical solutions and related management procedures of FPSO towing as well as preventive measures for potential risk points are introduced,so as to minimize or eliminate the risk of FPSO offshore towing work,and provide guidance and reference for future practical work.
