儿童新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽诊治的专家共识

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株已在我国大部分地区爆发流行。儿童是新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株的易感人群。多数儿童感染新型冠状病毒后主要表现为上呼吸道感染症状,其中咳嗽是最常见的症状之一。新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽不仅包括其感染导致的急性咳嗽、迁延性咳嗽及慢性咳嗽,还包括原来存在慢性咳嗽或原有慢性肺疾病的儿童在感染后诱发咳嗽或加重原有的咳嗽,由此对儿童身心产生巨大影响。新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽治疗因引起的病因不同而有所差异,不恰当治疗会延误病情、增加药物不良反应。目前国内还没有儿童新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽诊治的指南和共识,故制定本共识。本共识参考国内外最新研究成果以及新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案(试行第十版),并结合临床诊治经验,阐述了新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽发病机制、病因以及不同病因的诊治要点,儿童镇咳、祛痰药的使用等,以期为儿科医师、全科医师以及临床药师等医务人员提供具体且可行的指导方案。An epidemic outbreak of the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)Omicron variant occurred in most regions of China.Children are susceptible to COVID-19 and the vast majority of them suffer from upper respiratory tract infection.Cough is one of the most common symptoms.COVID-19 infection related cough includes acute cough,persistent cough and chronic cough,and children with original chronic cough or chronic lung disease can also induce or aggravate symptom of cough after infection,which has a great impact on children′s physical and mental health.The treatment for COVID-19 infection related cough vary with the etiology.Improper treatment would delay the patient′s condition and increase adverse drug reaction.Currently,there is no guideline or consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 infection related cough in children in China,therefore this consensus is drafted.Referring to the latest international research and the diagnostic and therapeutic strategy for COVID-19 infection(Tenth Edition For Trial Implementation),and combining with clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,the consensus elaborates the pathogenesis and etiology of COVID-19 infection related cough,the use of cough relievers and expectorants,as well as the key points of diagnosis and treatment of different etiological factors.It is expected to provide specific and feasible guidance scheme for pediatricians,general practitioners and clinical pharmacists.
