摘 要:针对新疆油田J油藏稠油酸值高的特点,基于酸碱反应原位生成表面活性剂的机理,提出碱复合蒸汽驱提高采收率的方法,通过实验探究强碱和弱碱与高酸值原油反应对界面张力、润湿性及乳化性能的影响,进一步明确了碱与高酸值原油反应的机理和效果及碱蒸汽在多孔介质中的驱油效率。结果表明:质量分数0.1%的NaOH溶液与原油具有最小界面张力;同时质量分数0.1%的NaOH溶液改善润湿性效果较好,这是因为碱与原油中的酸反应生成表面活性剂,将岩石由油湿转化为水湿;乳液油水比为3∶7时,NaOH溶液具有最佳的乳化降黏效果。在蒸汽驱过程中,由于原油和蒸汽密度的差异,累积驱油效率仅为38.94%。在碱蒸汽复合驱过程中,注入碱溶液后,乳化降黏效果明显,稠油的流动能力增强,驱油效率提高,含水率降低。达到经济极限时,累积驱油效率达到54.02%,累积驱油效率提高了15.08%,具有更好的驱油效果。In view of the high acid value of heavy oil in J oil reservoir in Xinjiang,based on the mechanism of in situ generation of surfactant by acid-base reaction,the method of improving oil recovery by alkali assisted steam flooding was proposed,the effects of reaction between strong base,weak base and high acid value crude oil on interfacial tension,wettability and emulsifying properties were investigated through experiments,further clarifying the mechanism and effect of alkali and high acid value crude oil reaction and oil displacement efficiency of alkali vapor in porous medium.The results showed that mass fraction 0.1%NaOH solutionhad the lowest interfacial tension with crude oil;while mass fraction 0.1%NaOH solutionimproved the wettability better because the alkali reacted with the acid in the crude oil to form a surfactant,which converted the rock from oil wettability to wet wettability;NaOH solution had the best emulsification and viscosity reduction effect when oil to water ratio of emulsion was 3∶7.In the steam flooding process,the cumulative oil displacement rate was only 38.94%due to the difference between crude oil densityand steam density.In the process of alkali assisted steam flooding,after injection of 0.1%NaOH solution,the emulsification viscosity reduction effect was obvious,the flow capacity of heavy oil was enhanced,the oil displacement rate was increased and the water cut was reduced.When the economic limit was reached,the cumulative oil displacement rate reached 54.02%,and the cumulative oil displacement rate increased by 15.08%,which had better oil displacement effect.
