摘 要:通过制备不同孔结构和酸性质的催化剂,采用高压釜进行活性评价,考察催化剂性质的变化以及不同原料油对生成油中沉积物含量的影响。结果表明:催化剂的可几孔径由9.1 nm增加到17.5 nm,生成油中沉积物的质量分数由1.07%下降到0.09%;随着催化剂的总酸量由0.467 mmol·g^(-1)增加到0.633 mmol·g^(-1),生成油中沉积物的质量分数由0.09%增加到0.2%;渣油转化率相当的情况下,原料油稳定性越好,其沉积物含量就越低。因此,催化剂的孔结构、酸性质以及原料油性质对于沸腾床渣油加氢生成油中沉积物的含量影响较大。By preparing catalysts with different pore structures and acidic properties,the autoclave was used for activity evaluation,and the change of catalyst properties and the influence of different feedstock on the sediment content in the generated oil were investigated.The results showed that,the pore size of the catalyst increased from 9.1 nm to 17.5 nm,and the mass fraction of sediment in the generated oil decreased from 1.07%to 0.09%;With the total acid content of the catalyst increased from 0.467 mmol·g^(-1) to 0.633 mmol·g^(-1),the mass fraction of sediment in the generated oil increased from 0.09%to 0.2%;The more stable the feedstock oil was,the lower the sediment content was.In conclusion,the pore structure,acid properties of the catalyst and the properties of the feedstock have a great influence on the content of sediment in the oil generated by the ebullated-bed residue hydrotreating process.
