摘  要:针对碳酸岩储层采用常规盐酸酸化措施有效期较短的问题,通过室内实验研制出了一种适用于碳酸岩储层的潜在酸解堵体系,其具体配方为:10%潜在酸A+20%潜在酸B。综合性能评价结果表明:潜在酸解堵体系具有良好的静态缓速效果,在溶蚀反应初期,潜在酸解堵体系对碳酸钙的溶蚀率仅为3.8%,远小于常规盐酸的溶蚀率,而随着反应时间的延长,潜在酸对碳酸钙的最终溶蚀率仍可以达到26.8%,具有良好的溶蚀效果;潜在酸还具有良好的动态缓速效果,在第2段填砂管经过潜在酸酸化后,渗透率由0.42 mD增大至1.15 mD,提升效果明显,可以达到较好的深部解堵效果,而12%盐酸酸化效果主要集中在第1段填砂管,潜在酸可以有效克服盐酸的这一缺点;另外,潜在酸解堵体系对N80钢的腐蚀速率较低,能够满足酸化施工对酸液腐蚀性能的要求。In view of the short validity period of conventional hydrochloric acid acidizing measures for carbonate reservoir,a potential acid plugging removal system suitable for carbonate reservoir was developed through laboratory experiments.The specific formula was determined as follows:10%potential acid A+20%potential acid B.The comprehensive performance evaluation results showed that the potential acid plugging removal system had good static velocity inhibition effect.At the initial stage of corrosion reaction,the dissolution rate of potential acid plugging removal system to calcium carbonate was only 3.8%,which was much lower than that of conventional hydrochloric acid.With the extension of reaction time,the final dissolution rate of potential acid to calcium carbonate still reached 26.8%.The potential acid also had good dynamic retarding effect.After the potential acid acidification of the second sand filling pipe,the permeability increased from 0.42 mD to 1.15 mD,which had obvious improvement effect and achieved good deep plugging removal effect.The acidification effect of 12%hydrochloric acid was mainly concentrated in the first sand filling pipe,and the potential acid could effectively overcome the disadvantage of hydrochloric acid.In addition,the corrosion rate of N80 steel by potential acid plugging removal system was low,which could meet the requirements of acid corrosion performance in acidizing construction.
