摘 要:针对煤化工废水处理过程中面临的催化剂效果较差问题,在活性焦ACO上成功负载了Fe_(3)O_(4)和CuO金属氧化物;通过比表面分析,说明活性焦ACO及ACO@Fe_(3)O_(4)-CuO复合金属氧化物催化剂均为介孔结构,有利于吸附污染物并与氧化剂充分接触。评价结果表明,ACO@Fe_(3)O_(4)-CuO/PS体系具有宽泛的pH适应范围,pH=5时去除效果最好。复合金属氧化物催化剂投加量为0.l5 g·L^(-1)、PS浓度为2.4 mmo1·L^(-1)的条件下对苯二酚降解效果最好,降解率可达93%以上。XRD结果表明,反应前后催化剂的形貌和结构均无明显的变化,具有良好的稳定性和循环利用性。经ACO@Fe_(3)O_(4)-CuO/PS体系处理后,在30 min内,生化尾水中的COD去除率达到了53%。经过180 min的反应后,50%以上的总酚也得到了去除,对于模拟实际煤化工含酚废水有较好的适用性。In view of the poor effect of catalyst in the process of coal chemical wastewater treatment,Fe_(3)O_(4)and CuO metal oxides were successfully loaded on the activated coke ACO.The specific surface analysis showed that ACO and ACO@Fe_(3)O_(4)-CuO composite metal oxide catalysts were all mesoporous,which was conducive to the adsorption of pollutants and full contact with oxidants.The evaluation results showed that,ACO@Fe_(3)O_(4)-CuO/PS system had a wide pH adaptation range,and the removal effect was best when pH=5.The degradation effect of hydroquinone was the best when the dosage of composite metal oxide catalyst was 0.l5g·L^(-1)and the concentration of PS was 2.4 mmo1·L^(-1),and the degradation rate was more than 93%.XRD results showed that the morphology and structure of the catalyst had no obvious change before and after the reaction,and it had good stability and recycling.Through ACO@Fe_(3)O_(4)-CuO/PS system treatment,the COD removal rate of biochemical tail water reached about 53%within 30 min.After 180 min of reaction,more than 50%of the total phenol was also removed,which was suitable for simulated actual phenol-containing wastewater in coal chemical industry.
