摘 要:碳纤维复合材料应用于无人机电机外壳零件中,不仅能充分发挥复合材料强度和阻尼方面的优势,而且能减少无人机的能源消耗。分析了多旋翼无人机电机外壳的结构特点,采用碳纤维环氧树脂预浸布为原材料,通过设计合理的铺层方案,在中空钢制模具内腔结构中手工铺贴预浸布整体成型,采用真空封装,热压罐设备加热加压完成无人机电机外壳零件的成型过程。无人机电机外壳零件在成型中的热压温度为120±5℃,成型所需的压力为0.4 MPa,脱模后经检验和局部修补,最终制品外观无裂痕符合要求,厚度尺寸公差在要求范围内。The application of carbon fiber composites in UAV motor shell parts can not only give full play to the advantages of composite strength and damping,but also reduce the energy consumption of UAV.In this paper,the structural characteristics of the motor housing of the multi-rotor UAV were analyzed.Carbon fiber epoxy resin prepreg cloth was used as raw material,through the design of reasonable laying scheme,the prepreg cloth was manually laid in the inner cavity structure of hollow steel mold,and the forming process of UAV motor shell parts was completed by vacuum packaging and hot pressing tank equipment.The hot pressing temperature of UAV motor shell parts during molding was 120±5℃,and the pressure required for molding was 0.4 MPa.After demoulding,inspection and local repair,the final product appearance without cracks met the requirements,the thickness and size tolerance was in the required range.
