摘 要:为确保低渗透碳酸盐岩油藏油井修井作业的顺利实施,以复合有机盐加重剂WG-1为主要材料,并结合抗高温增黏剂、黏土稳定剂、抗高温缓蚀剂等主要处理剂,研制了一套适合油田修井作业的低伤害修井液体系,修井液的具体配方为:淡水+WG-1加重至1.75 g·cm^(-3)+2.5%抗高温增黏剂LZN-1+2%黏土稳定剂YZ-2+3%缓蚀剂HS-4。性能评价结果表明:该修井液体系具有良好的抗高温稳定性能和抑制性能,能够确保其在地层温度条件下具有较高的黏度值,并能有效抑制地层黏土的水化膨胀;修井液体系与地层水具有良好的配伍性,不会引起结垢堵塞等现象;修井液体系对目标区块储层段岩心的渗透率损害程度较低,不同渗透率的岩心使用修井液污染后的渗透率恢复值均能达到90%以上,储层保护效果较好。研究结果认为该低伤害修井液体系能够满足目标油田油井修井作业施工的要求。In order to ensure the smooth implementation of workover operations for oil wells in low permeability carbonate rock reservoirs,a set of low damage workover fluid system suitable for oilfield workover operations was developed with composite organic salt weighting agent WG-1 as the main material,combined with high temperature resistant viscosity increasing agent,clay stabilizer,high temperature corrosion inhibitor and other main treatment agents.The specific formula of workover fluid was determined as follows:fresh water+WG-1 weighted to 1.75 g·cm^(-3)+2.5%high temperature resistant viscosity increasing agent LZN-1+2%clay stabilizer YZ-2+3%corrosion inhibitor HS-4.The performance evaluation results showed that the workover fluid system had good high-temperature stability and inhibition performance,which could ensure that it had a high viscosity value at the formation temperature,and could effectively inhibit the hydration expansion of the formation clay;The workover fluid system had good compatibility with formation water and could not cause scaling and plugging;In addition,the damage of workover fluid system to the permeability of cores in the reservoir section of the target block was relatively low.The permeability recovery value of cores with different permeability after being polluted by workover fluid can was more than 90%,and the reservoir protection effect was good.The research results show that the low damage workover fluid system can meet the requirements of workover operation in target oil wells.
