摘 要:水平井多簇水力压裂过程射孔孔眼冲蚀严重,给射孔段套管的强度安全性造成了一定威胁,准确实时对孔眼冲蚀进行预测已经成为压裂施工中亟待解决的问题。基于液固两相流流动,考虑实际工程应用中的孔眼高流速、高砂质量分数情况,对孔眼冲蚀速率进行模拟。模拟结果表明:不同流速时,孔眼冲蚀速率成指数增长。随着颗粒粒径的增加,孔眼冲蚀速率先减小后增加,颗粒粒径在0.45 mm附近存在一个临界值,可使孔眼的冲蚀速率最低。随着砂质量分数的增大,孔眼的冲蚀速率先增加后降低,砂质量分数在10%左右时,孔眼的冲蚀磨损最为严重。在本文模拟中孔眼冲蚀最严重工况下,10 mm的压裂射孔套管,压裂约15 h孔眼发生扩径。建议现场进行压裂作业时,应尽量保证砂子直径在0.45 mm左右以及避免砂质量分数在10%,可降低孔眼的冲蚀磨损情况。The erosion of perforation in multi-cluster hydraulic fracturing of horizontal wells is serious,which poses a certain threat to the strength and safety of the casing in the perforation section.Accurate and real-time prediction of perforation erosion has become an urgent problem in fracturing construction.In this paper,based on the flow of liquid-solid two-phase flow,considering the high flow velocity and high sand mass fraction in the perforation in practical engineering applications,the perforation erosion rate was simulated.The simulation results showed that,at different flow rates,the perforation erosion rate increased exponentially.It was found that with the increase of the particle size,the erosion rate of the perforation first decreased and then increased,there was a critical value near the particle size of 0.45 mm,making the erosion rate of the perforation the lowest.With the increase of sand mass fraction,the erosion rate of the perforation first increased and then decreased,when the sand mass fraction was about 10%,the erosion wear of the perforation was the most serious.In the simulation of this paper,under the most severe perforation erosion condition,the diameter of the perforation casing expanded after fracturing for about 15 h with a fracturing casing of 10 mm.It was suggested that when performing fracturing operations on site,the sand diameter should be kept at about 0.45 mm,and the sand mass fraction should be at 10%to reduce the erosion and wear of perforation.
