摘 要:稠油油藏在开采过程中,稠油侵入钻井液一种非常复杂的问题,对钻井效率和钻井液性能都带来不可预估的影响,侵入稠油量多的钻井液无法继续循环使用,在排放过程中还会带来环境污染、增加钻井液成本等问题。结合相关理论知识及查阅资料,综述了钻井液功能、稠油侵入的机理,归纳了稠油侵入钻井液带来的危害,并对预防和处理稠油侵入钻井液问题的几种措施进行综述。During the development of heavy oil reservoirs,heavy oil intrusion into drilling fluid is a very complicated problem,which has an unpredictable impact on drilling efficiency and drilling fluid performance.Drilling fluid with a large amount of invaded heavy oil cannot be recycled.During the discharge process,problems such as environmental pollution and increased drilling fluid costs will also be caused.Combining relevant theoretical knowledge and consulting data,the function of drilling fluid and the mechanism of heavy oil invasion were summarized,the harm caused by heavy oil invasion of drilling fluid was discussed,and several measures to prevent and deal with the problem of heavy oil invasion of drilling fluid were introduced.
