摘 要:炼厂结构调整生产负极材料成为近年来石化行业转型升级关注的热点,全流程建模优化是炼厂规划设计的重要支撑。本研究采用运筹学的方法建立炼厂全流程资源优化模型,利用分支定界非线性算法求解优化沸固复合床与延迟焦化组合工艺生产负极材料全厂总流程,并对不同价格体系下的加工方案进行经济性评价。结果表明:通过全流程建模与优化改善了全厂装置进料性质与产品结构,沸固复合床与延迟焦化组合工艺生产负极材料可提高炼厂经济效益,而80美元价格体系相对于60美元价格体系效益提升更高。本研究通过建模与优化计算实现了炼厂结构调整生产负极材料全流程优化,为炼厂转型升级规划设计提供技术支撑。In recent years,refinery structure adjustment and production of negative electrode materials have become the focus of petrochemical industry transformation and upgrading.Full process modeling optimization is an important support for refinery planning and design.In this study,the method of operational research was used to establish the resource optimization model of the whole refinery process,and the branch and bound nonlinear algorithm was used to solve the optimization of the total plant process of producing negative electrode materials by the combined process of boiling solid composite bed and delayed coking,and the economic evaluation of the processing schemes under different price systems was carried out.The results showed that the feed properties and product structure of the unit were improved through the modeling and optimization of the whole process.The production of negative electrode materials by the combined process of boiling solid composite bed and delayed coking could improve the economic benefits of the refinery,while the benefit of the 80 dollar price system was higher than that of the 60 dollar price system.Through modeling and optimization calculation,the optimization of the whole process of refinery structure adjustment and production of negative electrode materials were realized,providing technical support for the planning and design of refinery transformation and upgrading.
